Venu owns and operates hotels with a focus on South East and Coastal Queensland. We have a unique skill set that allows us to add value to both the operating business and the underlying real estate.

Venu’s Corporate Director is Stara Investment Management Limited (www.stara.net.au), a member of the Stara Group of companies. The Investment Manager is Cooee Investment Management Pty Ltd and the Business Manager is Venu Plus Management (www.venuplusmgmt.com.au).

The Venu Hospitality Fund’s executive have more than 160 years of collective experience in law, funds management, valuation, real estate advisory, transaction management, development, hospitality management and operation, finance, administration, marketing and sales.

Both the Investment and Business Managers are substantial investors in the Venu Hospitality Fund.

FUND SUMMARY

The Venu Hospitality Fund’s initial portfolio comprises two profitable and well located Freehold Going Concern (“FGC”) Queensland Hotels – The Beachmere Hotel in the City of Moreton Bay, South East Queensland, and the Pine Beach Hotel on Queensland’s Capricorn Coast.

The Investment Strategy is to grow the Fund by acquiring or establishing complementary operating businesses and associated real estate and adding value through business and property initiatives. The Fund has a demonstrable and proven track record of adding value since acquiring the initial portfolio in April 2023.
